Frankston 2010
Body:

Still some new names to come, but I know some people on here are keen to know the new faces at Frankston Park and those who have returned after an absence. So here are some that have signed up so far.

As I said in another thread, it will be a different Dolphins side to the small running team of the past few years, with plenty of athletic big guys:

- Russell Gabriel, 6'5 ruck, key forward/back. Important part of the Dolphins successful 2008 side, returning after apparently winning a comp B&F in the MPNFL.

- Toby Thoolen, 6'5 key back/forward who can also play ruck. From Collingwood, probably drafted too early as a 17 year old but a very good athlete whose best footy is in front of him, and is very keen to have a statement year.

- Khan Haretuku, 6'6 ruck, key forward. Off St Kilda's rookie list. A Sydneysider with NZ parents, so is still learning the game but has potential, a good set of hands and good athleticism. He will get a great chance to prove himself this year you would think.

- Alex Lee, 6'5 utility who can play third tall forward or back, and has the mobility to play on the wing. Played one game at Frankston in 2008 after returning from Port Adelaide before injuring his knee when pushed into the fence by Cox from Collingwood. Had to sit out of footy all of last year while rehabbing. In good shape and fitness this year.

- Warwick Miller, 6'4 wingman from Rosebud who would have played for the club last year but injured himself late in pre-season and had to sit out of footy for the year. Super athlete with good hands who is a mature recruit at 24 and is an interesting one to watch.

- Another player to note is Chris Ongarello, who had a year off in 2008 and returned last year only to miss almost the whole year with injury. He is flying at this stage and is a very dependable and athletic third tall defender when fit.

Most likely some more names to come, and if all goes to plan another couple of big atheltic kids. Take the five above and match them with the likes of Dale Whelan, Luke Clark, Ben Crowe, Marc Westcott and Ryan Hobbs, and the Dolphins wont be lacking for size or key position mobility this year.
