Looks like Glenn Giles

Looks like Glenn Giles popping his biceps 3 along from Jim Stynes. Scott Giles maybe next to him. Brett Hutchison was captain coach seated in the middle of the 2nd row. Dont recognise any others, but Charlie Walder, Jim Durnan, Tony Ellet and Peter Wallace should be there somewhere.
The Two Blues were in Div 2 that year, and lost a tight Preliminary Final to Sunshine.

I'm writing this from my mobile phone so it's a bit tricky. But just for now 2 players in this photo are at Collingwood now Derek Hind who is recruiting manager & Dale Tapping VFL coach. The coach was Greg Hutchison who has had a number if roles at the top level. Jimmy Stynes, Glen & Scott Giles, Luke Soulos, Charlie Walder, Neville Mills, Paul Squizzy Taylor and Peter Wallace. Fill the rest in soon cheers Gezza

Charlie Walder to the left of Jim Stynes I reckon. The president was Alf Blamey.
