Nice work Ron, working out all ladder positions.  Agree that Uysal will do well at Essendon and will be right up in contention.

Digs, if we had a mature age ruckman to add to the list, then I'd be even more confident. Think that might be our archilles heel.

I might sound biased but my GFpredicition is Willaimstown v Port. Both teams have recruited well and altough some of the AFL teams will start the season well with full lists will falter later in the season with injuries which happens. The VFL listed players on the AFL clubs and the fringe players will find Port and Willy toughter later in the year. Hope Coburg can play finals this year.

Way too early to predict Ill wait till about round 6 way too many variables in a comp like the VFL

But I think a lot of people are underesimating Sandy ,Collingwood and Werribee

Interesting to see how werribee goes this year considering Chirnside park is out if bounds for 2017. Leyland brothers werribee will travel to torquay, wangaratta showgrounds, hoppers crossing, frankston, arden street and western oval. Will either disrupt them or bond them together. North melbourne injury run the likely key to chances. Sandy will go well if st kilda has a good run with injury. Not sure about collingwood though. Depth not as good as previous years and if collingwood get a few injuries will struggle as their afl team is average. Yes agree billy very early to make bold predictions as there is so many variables in a comp like the vfl. For me my wish list is willy v port grand final, coburg to make the eight and north ballarat to improve on last year. Also not forgetting for the vfl to give the dolphins the green light for 2018. I'll by a membership even though donation as every bit helps them. Ian dicker and buckenara are the right people for the dolphins to be back into a viable and competitive team. Fingers crossed
