Two years since a win.
Well done to everyone down in Dolphin land. Fantastic result!
Well done! I hope they have turned the corner and on the road to success
Hopefully they’ve softened up North for us next week.
Massive congratulations Dolphins

Well done Dolphs! Sounds like a really solid effort, and very heartening that they kept finding something when seriously challenged several times in the last quarter.
Should be interesting next week v Willy at Willy. Hopefully the young Dolphs can run out the four quarters against a quality side and give a good account of themselves.
Went along to this game on a magnificent day,Dolphins little blokes on the forward line were the difference, dont know who they were but gee they were good,North apparently pulled a few out but that's nothing new.
On the down side was the size of the crowd, hardly anyone there and they closed the bar at 4pm and the social club was also closed, only open for Werribee home games apparently.
Interesting game this week at Pt Gellibrand,Willy would have had this one pencilled in but they'd better be on the ball as the Dolphs certainly have a red hot go.
Thats a little concerning Cgull - Frankston playing their 2nd home game in 2 years and hardly anybody there. This is the time that Frankston needs its supporters to stick by them so that they can find their feet. If its bad now I wonder what it will be like when the weather changes for the worse...

Game was played at Werribee. I think the concern was the crowd was sparse plus the ground and facilities were not in full swing as it was a North game played away from Arden Street.
Frankly, I’m not surprised. North fans at AFL level aren’t turning out en masse despite their impressive start to the year. Hard to expect them, or more particularly Dolphins fans to trek out to Avalon Oval to watch their 2s.
The game was at Werribee Mega,i suppose its a long haul from Frankston to Werribee but probably reflective of the comp nowadays.
Yes that explains it. My mistake - I thought the game was at Frankston for some reason. Understandable that not many Frankston fans would go to Werribee - they are the two outermost suburbs on opposite ends of Melbourne.
