What are the odds of North Ballarat beating Sandy this week? Zebras in poor form and can't make finals, the Rooster potentially playing their final VFL game. Big chance of an upset for mine.

Collingwood, Blues and Werribee all on eight wins fighting for eighth spot.

Blues and Werribee have to beat Box Hill and Casey respectively and rely on Port beating Collingwood for them to have any chance.

The Blues are up and about and the Hawks have some injuries so maybe they're a chance, but you'd favour the Pies to sneak in by their percentage one way of the other.

Essendon, Richmond and Footscray can all still finish fourth but rely on Casey losing, which they haven't done at home all year.

If Willi win they get first, if Port lose then the old rivals will be facing off in a qualifying final at Pt Gellibrand as 1 v 4, or as 2 v 3 if Willi lose and Box Hill and Port both win. That would be delicious!

Could also have a repeat of last week's Port v Box Hill and Willi v Casey games in the qualifiers.

It is going to be an interesting round.

Having a look at the round 19 matches the vfl finals in week one most likely Williamstown v casey at burbank oval, port v box hill at port, Richmond v Collingwood at port and footscray v essendon at whitten oval. Yes north Ballarat more than likely to have a win against sandringham. Roosters have been a lot better over the past 2 months where as the zebras have been below average. Can't see casey losing at home to werribee and therefore will finish fourth but will find the seagulls a lot tougher at point gellibrand with full team. Port can beat box hill again therefore the 2 old vfa clubs in willy and port in line for a potential gf. Got to love that billy.

Nth Ballarat v Sandy is of interest to me.  North Ballarat will be aiming for a big win, and maybe avoid the spoon  in what is possibly their appearance in the VFL. Sandy need to show some form after recent weeks and hopefully enter a new era next season.

I'll make the annual trip  to the Roosterdome, I hope will not I witness the  history of their exit from the competition. I don't want to be able to say  " I was there when the Roosters played thier last VFL game"

Roosters have been backed. Not your $5 bet is it digs ? Seriously reckon the roosters will win against sandy. All other favorites look winners although the cats playing at home are very good value against essendon.

Wish I was as confident as you George !!

My prediction is that it willl be our last game as North Ballarat Roosters.

AFL Vic will not issue a licence to this rabble as they & everybody else know that they could not run a chook raffle & cannot be trusted.

A team from this region will emerge in the future but will be known not to have any connection to the NBFC.

Only time will will tell

We might be from the bush. but we ain't green

You are right if a rabble like Sandy can thrash you on your own ground then things must be dire  for your beloved club.
