Coaching reappointments
Both Peter Banfield and Chris Cogan have both been reappointed as 2007 coaches of the Seniors and Reserves respectively. I believe they are the right peope to take us into 2007.

Brett Lovett reapointed a couple of week ago at Frankston for another 2 years (1+1).

thanks dolphon, i definately needed the help with the maths, Don't worry Dale61 i probably should have started it in a general one, it was late and i wasn't thinking, Mayaswell keep everyone on this page (maybe ons can transfer it or something??)

Iceman, re Peter Banfield. Any idea on the length of the contract at all ? I knew he was going to be there in 07 but didn't know beyond that point.

I think it will be some time yet before the Bullant position is clarified. Lots of ugly stuff going down at Carlton and the Bullant coaching position may be a casualty.

If Gavin Crosisca joins Carlton, there's every chance he'll do the Bullants. And then North Ballarat might go for Barry Mitchell! Mitch, by the way, has done an excellent job with the Bullants.

Was simply a referance to the term of the appointment: 1 year with an option for a second.

Matthew Knights has agreed to a further 2 year deal as senior coach of the Bendigo Bombers and Darryl Wilson a local has been appointed to coach the reserves

Just out of interest, Dolphin, how does the one-year option work? Does Brett Lovett get the option of going on? What if the club doesn't want him to go on? Does the club have an option that over-ride the coach's option?
