Careful.....don't criticise Frankston Park (Kars Street). It is such a fine ground that it attracted St Kilda FC to it.
Unfortunately for St Kilda FC, there are so many problems (too many to list here) which have escalated the political and financial costs that now they're looking at Belvedere Park in the backblocks of Seaford.
But that is even worse than Frankston Park, which looks like the MCG in comparison to Belvedere Park.
