Riggio spear tackle on Nahas.

Robin Nahas injured his neck in a seperate incident. But if you have watched the highlights - about 5 minutes in - Riggio slams Nahas head-first into the deck. It looked very very dangerous. He should cop a week at least. Thoughts?
