Favourite beverage
Since it's pretty quiet around here, thought I might post a few silly season threads just to see if we can get a bit of chat going... Start off with a discussion on favourite type of drink (preferably alcohol) but if you want to talk about cordial, soft drink or tea then go for it... Have to admit I aint the biggest pisshead goin around but when it comes to beer I prefer to down something good so its Crownies or Pure Blonde for me. The Blondes go down real well!! When it comes to soft drink, I swear I'm addicted to Pepsi Max I can't drink enough of the stuff.

Nothing beats a cold VB can at the footy standing in the outer at a VFA ground on a cold winters day. Holding a can of VB on a freezing cold day down at Williamstown. That is for the hard core !!! I must admit I have down that on many occasions over the years. I do enjoy having an ale before the game at a pub near the ground, a brew at half time in the social club goes well too. Speaking of pubs before the game at the various VFA grounds. I'll start another thread on this.

Jason, straight ouzo or vodka down at a cold Willy will warm you up no worries. Then again when your team is winning any beer tastes good with may the exception being Southick beer. Not sure how you spell the poor tasting beer from SA correctly. There is one worst that I have tasted which was Brooklyn Lager in New York.
