Semi Finals selections and Premiers
Tips for the weekend- Sandringham and Preston to play a thriller. Sandringham to sneak home by a goal. Williamstown to beat Geelong by 14 points. In the Grand Final Williamstown to gain some revenge for the losses in 1985 and 1992 to the zebras winning by 2 points. Selections for the weekend and your tip for the flag ??

Here's a totally unbiased set; Think Preston might win this one fairly easily,Sandy depleted in the big man department and could be without their most valuable Demon Phil Read who i think has gone to Perth. Reasonably confident we can beat Geelong,we handled them easily in the home and away game mid season although they look to have a strong side on paper. If the real Willy turn up can beat anyone, very enigmatic. Preston by 33,Willy by 15. If it works out this way doubtful if we can beat Preston again in the granny, but you can't win it if you're not in it.

Would be very happy to play Williamstown in the Grand Final, but of course Sandy must defeat Bullants and no mean feat as they only dropped their guard in the last quarter to Williamstown 2 weeks ago at Cramer street. If Sandy make it to the Grand Final and are in front when the siren goes and that last kick of the day may go out of bounds or even drop short and Sandy win, beauty! go zebs zebra

Bullants would be hot favourites yhis week... I'll be a very happy fan if Sandy do get through... and stranger things have happened!

Sandy. The most successful club in the past 30 years

Bullants hot favorites, Zebraman? Pull the other choke chief. It's Sandy that's won the past two finals, has the best VFL list in the comp and the big-game experience. I've got a soft spot for the Bullants but I'd regard Sandy as a slight favorite.
It's Sandy that ........ has the best VFL list in the comp .....
That would be after Frankston, of course.

You're a beauty, chief. By the way, do you reckon your top 10 is as good as Sandringham's? ie Poyas Rigoni Liddell Gallagher Valenti Sautner Lamb Crowe Corrigan Biddlecomb Summers?

Yep, you're on the ball tonight chief. OK, we've established you can add up. Got an answer?

 Your question was about the top 10, but you named 11. I was confused. But matching the 10's is not the issue of the better list. It is the side you put on the park. Would you be suggesting that Sandringham, with NO Melbourne players would get over Frankston? That is the test of the list.
