The same thing happened a few years ago when WAAFL played the VAFA in a state game at Elsternwick Park. Sherrins for half the game and yellow Burley balls for the other half. What is it with WA football, why do they never use the red balls in a WAFL game?

My tip for Saturday's game is VFL to win by 16 points

My Tip... The WAFL by 6 goals. I know the ground suits us Vics, and I want the Big V to win because I'm a Victorian all the way... but think the WAFL might be better than we give it credit for. I say close to the dying stages of the 3rd quarter, then the blow-out will happen. On this tip I'm going for the money, not with my heart :( Peter Holden.

I think it will be close.. I hope for the contest that the game is pretty even, with the Vics coming out on top. My tip - Victoria by 11 points.
