Jeremy Clayton was at North Ballarat before being on North's list where he played for Port Melbourne. He is a very good player at this level. Imagine him at Port in 2008. It would boost their chances of succes even further. Can kick goals as well.
Dont worry about him being at Port they got him by default. Imagine him back at North Ballarat where he learnt to play football. Mark Williams coach of Port Adelaide reckons he is the best player outside the AFL which raises the question as to why the power never gave him a second chance.

There are many worse players than Jeremy Clayton running around in the afl. He is a gun and he would be of enormous value at North Ballarat or Port Melbourne. Of course he started with the roosters and did do well for Port whilst on North's list. Port did try to recruit him but we went to SANFL club Port Adelaide where he has been for a few years now.

Chris Gowans has been added to the SANFL Squad for the game on Saturday May 31. I believe the Victorian Squad will be announced either this afternoon or tomorrow.

Jeremy Clayton injured a hamstring last weekend and is in doubt at this stage. Great shame if he doesn't play! Adam Fisher is also a product of North Ballarat - a Rebels Best & Fairest winner who was rookied to Melbourne, which is why he ended up at Sandringham.

Seems he is kicking a lot of goals, Maybe they don't want too many ex victorians in the squad. I notice Jeremy Clayton was in the best players at the weekend so he can't be too bad
