Anyone prepared to name some that they think might get picked up from the VFL this year?
Robbo
Shane Valenti from Sandy Jason Davenport from Geelong

Valenti and Davenport are the standouts. Alistair Neville is worth a shot as is patrick Rose.

Jarrod Silvestor Shane Valenti Kyle Matthews Al Neville Pat Rose Scott Meyer Cameron Lockwood Scott Thompson Of all those, I like Silvester's chances the most.

I thought Davenport was already on Geelong"s rookie list. Doggies have had a look at Paddy Rose, and it's about time Collingwood rookied one of ours, best chance would be Cam Lockwood who's a fine young player and unlucky to be overlooked last year.

C Gull, Lockwood played tremendously well against Sandy, so exciting to watch with his pace and take-em-on attitude.

I saw Lockwood play a game against Bendigo for the the Willy 2s, kicked 5 goals and had about 30 touches from the midfield if any AFL clubs are looking for a crumbing forward they could do a lot worse than rookie list Patrick Rose I thought last season Scott Meyer might have been rookie-listed by Collingwood after he dominated in the ruck against McLaren and Bryan from the Bullants in a final last year...this year he has played a lot down back, but he is better as a mobile ruckman as he has proved in the past 3 weeks when both Bryan and Richards were at Collingwood

Exactly, this is a perfect example of why the alignment is so hard to cop,Lockwood played against Port only because of the 12/10 rule, played well and bang next week v Tassie he gets dropped for some Collingwood guy.Come finals time ,back in the ones with the 12/10 rule again.Bloody frustrating!
