Round 10 - Port Melbourne v North Ballarat
Body:
Perhaps the biggest test for Port Melbourne this season. The Roosters have been outstanding this season and will be hard to beat in their journey in to Port Melbourne on Saturday. Even in North Ballarats loss to Williamstown, there were a quite a few positives, with players like Spalding simply terrific. They are one of the form sides in 2008 and should finish in the top 4. The Borough struggled to come away with the 4 points against the Devils, with Bonaddio well held for the afternoon. Port's goals came from smalls in Dwyer with 5 and Nahas with 4. It's been a funny sort a season for Port, with players coming up from the Reserves being amongst the Bests first week back in the seniors. Hopefully Fanning's knee injury isn't as bad mentioned on the TV coverage, and the four senior players missing from the line-up last week are all available for selection. If McLaren is unavailable, it could be a tough day at the office for young Tim Martin and Rhys Thomas against the Roosters talls. Will Bonaddio break loose this week and kick a bag, or will the Borough be relying on its dangerous running midfielders and lively smalls around goals.
