Could be a good day for the Borough little men, big Mal and Bonners will be a nil all draw, Livvo and Johns will be a great battle if CJ goes forward. I don`t think the diggers have the depth to go with us. Robbie will get the heavy tag again. Shooter and Cotchy will kick a few. Gotta feeling JB is in for a good game too

I hope a good sized crowd attends as the game is telecast as well. Needs a lot more input from the VFL people PR and Media wise to get a decent crowd nowadays. BTW CH 9 are too busy promoting Foxtel and thugby to be a called a genuine Australian Football outfit anymore. Interesting how quiet that Eddie everywhere has been this year.

Listening to the game on 3xx Double xam in edmonton canada, windy conditions down at teac oval today, port started well in the first quarter, holding on to a slender 20 point lead.the Bombers hit back well in the second quarter trimming the margin to a slender six points. After half time it was like a training drill with port kicking 15goals to 1.Bad news for essendon fans with Courtney Johns seemly doing a knee and could need a full reco.Big port forward bones kicking 6 goals, with little live wire nahas with 4.A great team effort by the borough, looking forward to listening to next weeks game v coburg, in Edmonton Canada cheers jasonborough.

You must be starting to run out of cash by now, or are you cashing in early on the juicy odds about Port for the flag. Spotted Nothport on the TV enjoying more than one VB. Enjoy !

I might have been caught on camera once or twice! Final scores: Port Melbourne 5.4 8.7 15.10 23.12 (150) Bendigo Bombers 2.2 7.7 8.13 8.17 (65) GOALS: Port Melbourne: Bonaddio 6 Nahas 4 McGrath 2 Pinwill 2 Cotchett 2 Cain 2 Dwyer Nixon Dillon McMahon Livingston Bendigo Bombers: Hartigan 2 Hocking Anderson Johns Bristow Dyson Weeks BEST: Port Melbourne: Bonaddio Baird Pinwill Livingston Nahas Dwyer Bendigo Bombers: Flaherty Skipworth Hislop Hocking Atkinson Williams For the most part it was an ugly, scrappy game.. But very happy just to get the 4 points. It really opened up in the last quarter, after Cory McGrath's terrific goal running and kicking from outside 50m on the Ingles st side of the ground.

Yep great goal from Cory, he was looking to centre it but the boys around him were saying "goal it goal it" Good to see Bones light it up too, i thought Mal might have been too good, but the big fella took him apart. JB was great again and Cotchy weaved a bit of magic at times. Robbie was terrific, he got the better of Skippy, and Sammy Dwyer has really found his niche and is playing consistent footy. I was impressed with the attack on the ball from both sides, no beg pardons out there today. Ayers was brilliant, made the moves and plugged the holes, emphasized the "small things" at 3/4 time, i get the feeling he`s just fine tuning the machine now :D
