Victorian Premier Cricket Round 15(Final Round)
Body:

Its The final round of the Premier Cricket Season and 11 teams are still a chance of playing finals(Top 8 ).

Round 15 Saturdays February 28 and March 7 (2 day game-11am start)
Dandenong(10th 31pts) vs Casey South Melbourne(18th 0pts) at Shepley Oval
Dandenong must win if they are to play finals this season and rely on other results to go their way. For Casey South Melbourne are trying to avoid becoming the first side since North Melbourne in 1998/99 to go through the season without securing a point.
St Kilda(6th 36pts) vs North Melbourne(16th 16pts) at JJ Holland Park,Kensington
St Kilda will more than likely need to win this game to make the finals, they have been disadvantaged with the game being moved from the Junction Oval(due to preparations for the Shield final). For North Melbourne they will be looking to finish the season on a high and chance to stop the Saints from going into their 10th straight finals series.
Carlton(2nd 48pts) vs Geelong(7th 36pts) at Princes Park No.1
Carlton have confirmed a top 4 spot and a home quarter final but still a chance at top spot should Ringwood lose. Geelong have had a shocking last two rounds and a loss could see them drop out of the top 8.
Frankston Peninsula(5th 38pts) vs Northcote(14th 22pts) at AH Butler Oval,Frankston
Frankston Peninsula are in red hot form and a win could see them finish in the top 4 and a home quarter final and a loss could mean they miss the finals although that is an unlikely scenario. They will miss Nick Jewell(with the shield team) and Luke Walker(AFL Goal Umpiring commitments). Northcote are just playing for pride.
Fitzroy Doncaster(3rd 43pts) vs Ringwood(1st 51pts) at Schramms Reserve
Match of the round. Ringwood must win to guarantee top spot. For Fitzroy Doncaster they must win keep top 4 spot and home quarter final.
Hawthorn Monash Uni(8th 34pts) vs Melbourne(9th 33pts) at Monash Uni No.1,Clayton
This is an elimination final. The winner gets a quarter finals spot and loser misses out.
Camberwell Magpies(15th 21pts) vs Prahran(4th 41pts) at Camberwell Sports Ground
Prahran have made the finals for the first time in 16 seasons but a win here will give them a home quarter final. Magpies are playing for pride.
Footscray Edgewater(11th 30pts) vs Essendon(12th 25pts) at Merv Hughes Oval
Footscray Edgewater are still a remote chance of playing finals they must win and hope things go there way. Essendon are just playing for pride.
Richmond(13th 25pts) vs Melbourne Uni(17th 9pts) at Punt Road Oval
Neither side can play finals so just playing for pride here. Richmond captain Matthew Mulcahy will retire after this game after 143 games including a premiership.

It is going to be a big 2 Saturdays of Premier Cricket.
