This is all too hard - Glad preston got up - Skunks v X Skunk lovers - Nil all draw.
No brainer that I am going for Port all the way in the finals.

NB: According to 7 news (Timmay Watson) Willy have allready been knocked out in todays elimination finals game.
Geez youd think they'd at least get it right if they are going to report it . lol

Bit of trivia for you guys.

Todays win By Preston/Northern Bullants was the first time ever since the competition has been going that they have beaten Williamstown in a finals game.

Interesting to note that Williamstown and Collingwood were so nice and close like a perfect marriage in years gone by with it's fantasic 2003 Grand Final win now they must play off in a final against each other i can't wait for this clash.

Another interesting fact if Port win next week and have to face the Bullants in the Prelim it will be the first in the competition history that this has happened.

The 2003 premiers only had 2 Willy players, had first gamers playing in a grand final and was before the 12/10 rule. A hollow victory Id call it, now the turds have almost won as many flags as us. Wonder what song they sang that day???

I remember the '06 QF when Preston streeted the opposition to finish on top and Williamstown (4th) came from 4-5 goals down to win by that margin. IIRC that was Dale Thomas' one and only game for Williamstown coming back from injury and he had 20+ posessions and 4 goals.

Now, let's be fair - they did play 6 Williamstown players - West, Lloyd and Mahoney started on the ground and 3 guys who warmed the pine.

Perhaps Willy could be good sports about this week's final and put up the 2003 Premiership Cup as the trophy for the winning team? Would seem to be the right thing to do given it probably belongs to Collingwood anyway.

To add to the general atmosphere and spirit of sportsmanship, they could invite Tony Pastore along to present the cup to the winners!

To barrack for Collingwood filth over anyone is a disgrace.
How can Port Melbourne supporters justify barracking for Collingscum over anyone beats me. Get real over the Willy v Port game from two weeks away.
There is a huge rivalry that has seen 231 games played over each other and yes there is a hatred on the field, but to say go Collingwood over the seagulls ???

In the game from two weeks ago it was Williamstown that played well and adapted to the ground conditions as Port looked too top heavy.

Yesterday the bullants were too strong in the midfield and their defence was rock solid and the talls were also a bit too strong with the exsception of Wayde Skipper doing well.

In the weekend's matches Port should be able to overcome Box Hill and Williamstown who boasts a 6/0 record over the filth will make it 7/0.

This should set up a Port v Preston and Williamstown v North Ballarat Semi Finals.

And the filth to lose to the rampaging crows in the AFL and see the black and white clowns have both teams OUT !!!!!!!

Pity Bendigo wasn't playing Coburg in the last round as they would have won a game.
Looks like you will be going to Collingwood v Willy wearing your Collingskunks jumper like many other new found skunks fans by the sounds of it.
You might have to put up with Tongue and his kill the filth chant.

Blackburn knocked off Balwyn yesterday. Hopefully they can knock off Vermont and set up a rare GF with Croydon.
Kinglake also in GF with Olinda Fernee Creek next.
