On field action - 7/10. Found the footy a little boring this year. Not quite as good as in the past, I think we're lacking VFL listed cult heroes.

The Grand Final - 4/10. Disaster, poor attendance in a shocking stadium.

Football Operations - 2/10. Terrible. John Hook's department had a poor year with too many fixture amendments.

Your Clubs performance - NA. I dont barrack for anyone!

Marketing - 4/10. Fairly ordinary. Those radio ads stink!

Media Coverage (Print - Inside Footy) - 9/10. Terrific work again by Paul Amy and the crew at Inside Footy.

Media Coverage (Print - Herald Sun/Age) - 6/10. Thought there was a slight improvement in the daily papers, particularly The Age. Liked the fact the stories were including more stats this year.

Media Coverage (Radio) - 9/10. Hard to fault the radio boys, all stations did a great job again.

Media Coverage (TV) - 5/10. The cause of our fixture changes, and the ABC coverage is way too sterile for my liking. Commercial TV also failing to show scores in the news too often.

VFL Record - 7/10. I think they do quite a good job, perhaps needs a little revamp for 2010 but on the whole quite good.

VFL Website - 6/10. Better, more news articles was great, but still too generic. Could take a leaf from the SANFL and WAFL sites and introduce other features, such as a webcast.

Catering - 8/10. The standard was high as usual, only let down by one or two clubs. Cant wait six months for another Hot Dog at the VFL!

Inside Footy good coverage as usual. I rate the media coverage 9.5

Media Coverage (Print - Herald Sun/Age) - 6/10. Thought there was a slight improvement in the daily papers, particularly The Age. Liked the fact the stories were including more stats this year.
Despite the usual crap of aflised players I rate the coverage 6

Media Coverage (Radio) - 9/10. Hard to fault the radio boys, all stations did a great job again.
Casey Radio great as ever. Live vfl and the Box Hill boys coverage are good. Casey easily the best. SEN did a good job with the vfl hour and sunday bloody sunday segment. Rating 9.5

Media Coverage (TV) - 5/10. The cause of our fixture changes, and the ABC coverage is way too sterile for my liking. Commercial TV also failing to show scores in the news too often.
ABC coverage would rate 6, Channel 31 Golden Days of Footy with some old VFA footage rates 10 (sorry I am biased there as I give C31 the footage)

VFL Record - 7/10. I think they do quite a good job, perhaps needs a little revamp for 2010 but on the whole quite good.
Cost of $3 with average record is not a patch on the old vfa recorder. Rating 5

VFL Website - 6/10. Better, more news articles was great, but still too generic. Could take a leaf from the SANFL and WAFL sites and introduce other features, such as a webcast.
Improvement on last year. Rating 6.5

Catering - 8/10. The standard was high as usual, only let down by one or two clubs. Cant wait six months for another Hot Dog at the VFL!
