Aker lining up for the 'towners

It should be really good for Williamstown. While he may not draw the sort of crowds that Nathan Buckley got through the turnstiles, it should nonetheless bolster the crowd significantly (assuming the weather is decent!).

Hope one of his 2 games is at Sandy in July.

Sandy. The most successful club in the past 30 years

He won't be playing. Hamstring injury to recover from first.

NorthPort, the two games Nathan Buckley played for Willi were at Box Hill & Port Melbourne, so we got sod all out of his appearances in the mighty royal blue & gold. If Aker does turn out for the Seagulls i can only hope its a home game & the weather is kind, as you said. Might be an enlightening experience for Aker to play at Willi on one of those shockers we get there occassionally, after the luxury of playing under the roof at Empty-Head Stadium. :-)

Aker is lucky not to be confronting the hill at Frankston.
Probably even luckier not travelling to North Ballarat the following week, especially if it is one of those cold freezing days. A bit different than the Docklands.
Agree Wally it would be good to see him run around in a home game at Point Gellibrand. Could drag a few extras through the turnstiles.
