Sandy have chosen a very good side with a few back after flu etc,.
A tall ruck this time and Lourey marking well at half forward will be a big boost for the Zebras. Of course Pitt will have to be watched this week for Port but Sandy
is confident with this team.

Great win after a very poor 2nd 1/4...all three reserve games this year with Port have been very tight affairs...

After 1/2 time Sandy played very very well and forced Port into a lot of errors and turnovers...

Up next...Williamstown I think

Is the Boland related to Brian Boland?

Yes...it's either his son or nephew...plus there is another Boland playing at the Dragons who is Matt Bolands cousin

Matt Boland I believe is Brian's grandson and although only 19 years has very strong wrists to take cricket like catches (marks)in packs and is a very good kick all in all a very bright future at Zebraland.
All the team played well and particularly the last quarter running over the Burra as the previous season matches have all been close.

Good year for the boroughs reserves, I just think in overall we deserved it alot more than they did, we were leading nearly the hole game until the very end part of the game, they never deserved winning that game atall

It dosent make me upset too much because I know how hard it is for our club competing with Afl reserves players, One good thing we made the finals this year compared to last year.

Its also great on how much the youngsters in our reserves side on putting up in such a great big fight by competeing with Afl reserves. Just showed the 100% difrence when we played frankston last week and won by 147 points.

Great work borough!

Wish us of all the best luck in next year reserves

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Sandy had one St Kilda listed player...an 18 year old rookie...Daniel Archer...

I would hardly call that playing against an AFL reserves team...

You are way, way off the mark..

All three games this year have been very close...

Yesterday was no exception

All that counts is being in front when the final siren sounds..
