NEW Northern Bullants coach Darren Harris will not tinker with the club’s proven formula for success in 2011.

Harris, who replaces now-West Coast assistant coach David Teague, said there will be minimal changes to the Bullants game-plan after two consecutive Victorian Football League grand final appearances.

“A lot of the stuff we do is very similar to (AFL affiliate) Carlton. They’ve got something that’s working pretty well so a lot won’t change, we’ll just have a crack, play hard and enjoy our footy,” he said.

Harris, who was appointed internally after spending two years developing Carlton players, has set no ceiling on what the Ants can achieve.
