It won't be long until Sandringham are wearing St Kilda Jumpers and are called the Sandringham Saints. The Zebras need to remove the cancer before it is too late.

Comeng ,that has never been mentioned in my 21 years as a SFC Committee man /Board Member until 2012 and I positive that action will never happen .
So to all you opposition doubters stop trying to stir up rubbish you know nothing about or is it jealousy you keep bringing up.
When Sandringham do rightfully return as a standalone club and that day may never arrive as they are happily in arrangements with St. Kilda, but when they do they will be stronger on and off the field and still wearing our Gold Black and Blue jumper .
Will your future team be swallowed up by the Greater Melbourne area and become Melbourne greater? Have you ever wondered why Melbourne F.C, never tried to align with your club? Reason they never wanted to align with you. Same Colours ,same Theme song only 2ks away but never liked your club.

I wouldnt pay too much attention to the ground lengths as listed. TBO would be about 150 long, but it's pockets arent nearly as deep as Docklands. I would say if it can be lengthened without too much expense then do it, that is the way of the comp now. And this is coming from someone who loved the confines of TBO.

Its OFFICIAL length is 160 metres not 150 mts
Same as Windy Hill,Victoria Park, MCG,Docklands and longer than the SCG all of which were/are AFL standard grounds.

BTW I hope St Kilda are paying for the work.

There was talk of lengthening/widening the ground when Sandy were aligned with Melbourne...it's hardly a new idea

They are suppossed to be the playing area from the boundry lines or goal to goal.Digs

Where TBO has a problem is width though it is long enough there is not a lot of distance between the fence and the boundry and as I said that cannot be changed widthwise.
