Round 22 Northern Blues vs Frankston

The final chance for the Dolphins get a win this year.

The Development League match the loser gets the Wooden Spoon.

The matches are still fixtured for Visy Park but may be moved to a neutral venue as AFL Victoria are looking at protecting the surface at Visy Park with 3 weeks of TAC Cup finals coming up at the ground.

4 days away from the final game of the seasongood these clubs and a decision on whether the games stay at Visy Park or move elsewhere is yet to be made?

With weather like we've got today, and then forecast for just a few showers in coming days surely they can just leave the games at Visy Park.

They could play at Victoria Park on Sunday.

The following AFL Round Carlton play on Sunday, it gives Carlton players a full 7 days to recover in case they require his services for the game against St Kilda.

The Blues will lose about $1500 given it will be free entry at Victoria Park which could result in Garry O'Sullivan's kids missing out on christmas presents again this year.

Fancy telling a passionate club supporter, [Saturday Feb 6 2010 in the Cazaly room at Preston] that we have to change the name from the Bullants to the Blues because 'I can't afford christmas presents for kids'. If only Garry had have enrolled his son at the local high instead of Caulfield Grammer the Bullants may still be in existence.

The longer to wait for a decision the more likely games will be moved?

Pretty bad weather forecast for Friday.

Robbo you sound like a mad Northen Blues supporter, not a fan of Gary mate. Apparently the game is staying at Visy the Ground is in good condition. The Seniors will be a tight game i think.

If the Blues cant provide a quality venue the games should be moved to Frankston, not a neutral venue. What's the point of having games played in front of no one?

A final decision still yet to made.

Although it is likely to remain at Visy Park.

Rain forecast for Thursday and Friday remains a concern.

Match remains at Visy Park but that depends on how much rain falls in the next 24 to 48 hours.
