It will be interesting to see the final make up of the Zebras team. There are some pretty handy AFL players on the extended bench.

Both 3WBC 94.1 FM and VFL Radio are covering the game.

Sandringham will win this game comfortably. Any odds on this game as well as the other three finals ?

I agree on paper Sandy should win comfortably but the match is not on paper but on the ground and Hawks have a few very good players also.
If the Zebras can produce some good home ground form and all players play to their best then Zebs can win a first final since 2007.
Been a bloody long time !

Our 2007 finals campaign wasn't a great success. Finished on top of the ladder...then out in straight sets to Willy and North Ballarat...

Taking nothing for granted tomorrow....I'll just be happy with a win...not sure why some think we'll win comfortably...Box Hill ran Port very close a couple of weeks ago so no way known Sandy should be taking them lightly

Seniors:

Sandringham 5.1 8.2 10.3 14.4 (88)
Box Hill Hawks 3.1 8.2 13.5 18.10 (118)

GOALS:
Sandringham: Marigliani 3 Markworth 3 Archer 2 Curren 2 Coleman Peake Dowler Shenton

BEST:
Sandringham: Markworth Dunell Curren Sikora Williams Shenton

Looks like another typical piss poor home ground loss!

This from a Saints supporter on Bigfooty.

Margus Marigliani was BOG, he's a tank. Doesnt mind throwing his body around!

Adam Cockie was great again, it was really the Sandy listed guys that kept us in the game.

So what happened to the name AFL listed players that were supposedly picked - didnt front?

it was not a piss poor effort Billy...we were simply beaten by a better team on the day..no excuses...weather was perfect...I'd give the umpires 8-9/10..In the 3rd 1/4 Box Hill stepped up a gear and after that Sandy were playing catch up..I wonder if you actually attended the game Billy?
