Some AFL clubs have worn jumpers to advertise commercial businesses, such as Mars Bars.
Was Bendigo's jumpers in Saturday 6/7 match at Port Melbourne the first for a VFL team?
The blue and green stripes on white appeared to be the colours of advertiser WFI, whatever that is.
Some of these one word advertisements are meaningless to me, as I have no idea of what the product or service is. I haven't seen any back up advertising to say what it is that is trying to be sold.
It was only when in a hardware shop recently that I saw some tools labelled GRUNT, giving me my first clue as to the word on N Blues jumpers.
