Lets hope Williamstown stays compedtitive along with all the ex VFA standalne clubs.

I am waiting for Sandringhams eventual return as a stand alone club with interest as well.

Ghazi was a great footballer but as a senior coach forget it. Williamstown will do well if Ghazi is not on their coaching panel.

Williamstown should chase Andy Collins. He his heading back from West Adelaide after this season. If Williamstown don't get Andy Collins Coburg should chase him.
Plenty of experience, has tasted premiership success with Sandy as well as Hawthorn. Did ok with Coburg as a coach and has been doing well with Westies. Won the Foxtel Cup this year and is a huge chance for a SANFL flag as well in 2013.

Early days yet but any rumours on the seagulls coach for 2014 ?

Saade Ghazi was & still is a great coach. This year he coached Avondale heights in the EdFl to a finals position.

His players who play under him seem to like him.

IN FACT

Aparently One player who he coached wrote a song about him. http://youtu.be/a6JGjHBFqLI Must have had a impact.

Would be a great fit for the seagulls.

His first coaching stint was with Epping. He dragged a few from the seagulls across. He seemed to yell a lot and was raw. Epping did reasonably well under Ghazi. I think they made the finals in 1st Division. What probably infuriates a lot was what he did and say when he coached Port. NO standalone side will ever win a flag. Don't think he will get a coaching gig with Willy. I would be surprised. There will be a few potential afl coaches that will miss out on an afl gig that would be more than happy to coach the seagulls. I would be interested to see Williamstown and Coburg's list of coaching candidates.
A guy from my work plays for Aberfeldie and played in the reserves GF. Funnier that another mate from work Joe Lucato is involved with Greenvale who beat Aberfeldie in both seniors and reserves. Small world.

I've watched Saadi coach this year. He's a very good communicator. He even dragged paddy rose one game. He's prepared to make the big decisions & i think he could be good at willy.

Abbers v greenvale in the 2's vfa
In both 1's & 2's

Avondale didn't make it.

Aberfeldie. I have already edit the typo on my behalf.
Greenvale have been one of the power sides in EDFL but have not won as many flags as they should have. Choked on a few occasions. Been recruiting players from Coburg a fair bit. North Melbourne CC will be playing at Greenvale from this season.

He wasnt impressive at Port but may well have improved since.

Are you suggesting that we attempt to lure Gary away from North Port, digs? That would be the biggest coup since Billy Swan came over in 1988. Saw Gary on Open Mike today, his tenure at Port was hardly mentioned (no surprise there!) but he did say he had just about given away any hope of an AFL gig in the future.
