I hope the VFL will announce its squad very soon and not leave it to the last minute, with minimal training together as happened last year. They have got to be fair dinkum, as to lose this match will put the VFL behind WAFL and SANFL.

Ian Callinan has been a great player for many years.
Is he still on Crows list this year ?
I remember Callinan when first played for the devils he was good back then and only injuries stopped him from many more games for the crows.

Who are the certainties for the VFL team ?
Reckon there might be a few from both Port and Williamstown.
Ryan Ferguson with 6 goals must come into contention.
Dolphin's Shannon Taylor will surely get a game.

Spot on Cobrascorer the VFL should surely have a squad by now as the VFL v SANFL game is on May 31 which is only 19 days away.

Cockie for captain & Goosey for coach, although they should honour Fitzy for his outstanding contribution to the game.
Is that being biased.??

We might be from the bush. but we ain't green

Fitz would be a quality selection.

Damien Carroll is the coach and it will be interesting to see mindset of selectors. Will they reward blokes like David Mirra who play minor team roles in aligned setups or will they reward those that lead the way in stand alone sides?

Do the SANFL play players on the Port and Adelaide AFL lists that play for them in the SANFL?
