My top five would be George Burbury at the top of the pile for sure.
James Gwilt if he does not get drafted
Sam Dunnell, Brent Renouf and either Leigh Osborne or Jordan Lisle.

Haven't included the big O or Brett Goodes as they won't play VFL next year according to a reliable source (not mentioning any names Digs)

Thanks Bearsman for posting that list.

:-) A few interesting names in that lot.

What do North Ballarat need to take the next step Digs?

Will Adam join the chooks next year after winning another flag with the Swannies this weekend ?
Digs imagine if you had the Goodes brothers and the Big O at roosterland next year ?
You can only wish. Another ex rooster in Nick Maxwell is heading to St Jospehs in the GFL next year.

Ex North Ballarat players & officials everywhere VFA.
Adam Goodes to join brother Brett & win the Norm Smith.
Brad Sewell or Isaac Smith would also be a chance along with Jake Lloyd at Sydney.
AFL record holders, Australians of the year, Brownlow medalists, AFL state CEO's etc, clearly the BEST club for developing players & officials.

You can't keep a rooster down. They are everywhere !!

Nobody from the above list NorthPort. We don't go down that path anymore. Only interested i n past players & those that want to come to the club for the right reasons. All the above players will have $$$ in their eyes.
Anyway by the time Port & Williamstown are finished there will be no one left. !!

We might be from the bush. but we ain't green

Id imagine Osborne would be at the top of Frankstons list. They really need a couple of running defenders with genuine pace. Ossie is not the best kick in the caper but with Shannon Taylor likely to be drafted they will need to add some speed.
Also a key defender, a big ruckman...as good as Gabriel is, at 198cm he is more often than not undersized...and a couple of quality midfielders with good disposal skills.
