Rumours of discontent & mass walk-outs seem to be have been way off the mark

They weren't digs, but the fact that four leaders have re-committed must indicate something, unless its somebody else who is moving on, but Willi is in front out at Box Hill as we speak so that indicates something I would think

yes it is, but if there was discontent with the coach, would we be beating Box Hill on their own dung-heap? i doubt it but who knows, i'd rather be in Willi's position than Frankston's just quietly, but maybe they have made the right decision, ours will come out in the wash over the next few weeks no doubt

Williamstown were superb yesterday. It is always very tough to beat Box Hill on their own ground. After quarter time the seagulls were very good. Will have a great game with the zebras while Box Hill v Footscray also promises to be a ripper. Watching the seagulls play and sing the song after the game they are a very well drilled close knitted team. The rumours are way off as you cannot tell they way the played and the body language. Andy Collins has done a great job and will give the seagulls every chance to go all the way.

Not really. It was pretty windy and maybe Box Hill a bit off their game. The Box Hill talls always a problem for sides to counter. Williamstown did well in the air yesterday and tackled hard. Seagulls deserved winners. Box Hill still flag favourites but not clear cut. Williamstown, Footscray, Sandringham and to a lesser extent Werribee all a chance. Essendon also playing well but maybe will get as far as Preliminary ? Two vital games are the Box Hill v Footscray and Sandy v Willy games. The winners will set themselves well to make the Grand. Casey worse team in the eight and I would expect them to go straight out. I think Werribee will knock Collingwood out. North Ballarat finished the season far better than Casey but their early and mid season form was terrible. Came good too late.

Williamstown were excellent yesterday. If they can kick straight they're as good a chance as anyone in the finals, but that has been a big if for them this year.
