Interesting names & numbers & i think that there will be lot of disappointed players down at Chirnside Park with the inclusion of the full Kangaroo list.
I expect Werribee to be very strong next year with some excellent players going over from the Roosters list.

We might be from the bush. but we ain't green

Josh Tynan from Frankston to Port Melbourne.

Very disappointing news for the Dolphins. Club is in desperate need of experienced leaders and to lose a player of this calibre to another VFL club is a huge loss.

How good a player do you rate him ? Port Melbourne has a history of approaching Frankstons better players which makes it harder for Frankston to prosper.

37 times Grand finalists
16 times premiers
21 times runners up - THE MIGHTY BOROUGH!

I'LL BE PORT UNTIL I'M DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mega he's a class player. Great overhead, fearless, great reader of the play. Best position is wing/half back. Had to be used as a key position player for most of last year due to a lack of height in the team, and understandably struggled a few times on blokes 10-15cm taller and 10k heavier. He's only 22 now so has a long VFL career ahead of him. Good get for Port.

Competition for spots at Collingwood should be of the benefit of the squad overall. AFL listed recruits aside I think the stability in the VFL squad has been the best it's been in years.

Lachie Ferguson: Has returned to the club after a year travelling overseas
Marty Hore and Lachie Tadrew: Both come from the Bendigo Pioneers with good wraps on them
Dale Hinkley: Another Halfback Flanker has been picked up from Birchip-Watchem
Jordan Kelly: Has joined from the Western Bulldogs

Ben Monkhorst: Work and family commitments have conspired to end his stint at Victoria Park. Said to be back playing footy at Woori Yallock
Jake Williams: Was a bit surprised that he didn't go on after being a member of the VFL's development squad. Has gone to De La Salle in the VAFA.

Most of the squad is locked away but there is a group of about 25 guys playing for 10 available spots.
