Not having had much to do with the SANFL in recent years I thought that there didn't appear to be as many Victorians in the squad unlike other years. !!

We might be from the bush. but we ain't green

paul

The increase in transfer fees and the ability of Port and Willi to keep players in Victoria seem to have had an impact.

Vfl will beat the sanfl easily this time around. Maybe 8 or 9 goals ?

Hopefully the weather is good and we get a really good standard game.

Anyone prepared to nominate 3 players from their side?

My three from Frankston are Ben Cavarra, the guy who wears number 14, and the guy who was captain against Richmond!

He mightn't be having a great season by his standards, but I think in this level of company Benny would really shine and show that form from his first year in the VFL. Michael Sikora has been a very good pickup for the Dolphs but I'm not sure he's quite the best ruck in the comp.

Agree with Paul. The only 2 that will be considered from Frankston are Cavarra and Sikora. Outside chance to Daniel Capiron. Star in the making but maybe not quite ready this year.

@Nth Port...what about Luke Tynan? He would have to be a good chance?
