Brent Bransgrove to retire on Sunday

Brent Bransgrove will play his 100th and final game for Northern Blues against Coburg at Preston on Sunday.

He unfortunately has succumbed to a hip injury.

He has been a great and loyal player to the club, I wish him all the best on Sunday and in the future.

He will be a big loss to the Blues team.

About the same size as Paul Callery or Darren Gauci but has a heart as big as Phar Lap. Well done on 100 games and very loyal and consistent VFL player.

One of those to stay with the club through so many changes.

He was always one to give 100% every game and was well respected by opposition clubs. A big loss for Preston.
