Early weather forecast for next Sunday: Shower or Two Max 18 Sandringham are looking for their 3rd straight flag and 10th overall. Geelong last made the Grand Final in 2002 in which they beat Port Melbourne for their only VFL flag but they also won 7 flags in the VFA between 1877 and 1886 before they entered the VFL in 1897. Given good weather a crowd of 15000 should turn up. It should be a great days football. This is the last grand final to be played at Carlton.
