The VFL has openly stated that TEAC Oval will host two finals in week one, with two other matches at other venues. However do you think if the games fell this way on the ladder they should be played as:
Werribee v Northern Bullants @ Chirnside Park
Bendigo v Sandringham @ QEO
Port Melb v Frankston @ TEAC (TV)
Tasmania v Box Hill @ York Park/Bellerive (TV)
I would say for the betterment of the VFL competition, and for crowds it would be better to play the matches as above. The finals venues are already compromised so it isn't a big deal.
What do people think? Is it silly to use TEAC Oval twice in week one finals if the Tasmanian situation allows the ABC coverage to be accommodated anyway?
