Once again there must be red faces with Northern Blues' main home ground being renamed (Ikon Park) after 'fixtures' have been released. It was Coburg last season and Geelong's Kardinia Park a few years ago. Fixtures and other publicity needs to put real names of venues as well as trade names, to reduce confusion.
North Ballarat won its three flags at Docklands Stadium, but only two of them were at "Etihad Stadium".
This year, the AFL has put city/town of trade named ovals. Which is ANZ in Sydney? Was Spotless, Skoda?
Last season's TAC list was an absolute disgrace and this year's doesn't look much better. I expect that the sheep will be moved before matches at Rams Arena in Craigieburn!
