JUMPER NUMBERS, the case is solv-ed!

Insisde Football - The VFL has come up with a plan to solve jumper number problems. 1-25 will be VFL players, 26-50 or 60 or something will be AFL players, with anything above that for top-up players. Don't have the article right here, so im sorry about the vague details, but sounds like they've come up with a winner.
