Surely playing Sandringham v Frankston on the same day at St Kilda v Melbourne is as bad as you could get. It's fairly common knowledge that a lot of Saints fans come from the bayside region, so why schedule the Bayside derby on the same day as a Saints game?
And of course Melbourne are aligned with the Zebras. We also had St Kilda's aligned side Springvale playing today. They also played last week the same day at St Kilda.
Anyone who went today, how was the crowd?
Is any thought actually put into things like this when they do fixtures?
