Should Geelong VFL be required to Field a reserves side.
Body: 
Now that it appears that Bendigo/Essendon is intending to field a reserves side in the VFL competition, should Geelong be obliged to do like wise, and comply, with the exception of Tasmania, the conditions imposed on all other VFL Clubs.
