St Kilda to move base to Frankston in 2009

There is an article in today's Herald Sun that St Kilda will move there training base to Frankston in 2009. What does this mean for alignments will Frankston go with the Saints in 2009 if so where does that leave Casey Scorpions. Interesting times ahead. Thoughts?
