Believe the games are 4 x 25min qtrs for the first three rounds. Then 4 x 20min quarters for the final two rounds (so they can fit all the games in).

Robbo, any idea why the Metro v Country game got moved away from the MCG?

This Saturday's games due to be played on the Gold Coast have been moved to Visy Park,Carlton due to the heavy rain in South East Queensland.

Bit shallower. Of course Dandenong (aside from Scully) is now part of the Vic Country team, so Metro have lost a bit of extra depth there.

Perhaps not quite the same 'tribal' message being driven into the kids either. Dicko really played on that, the whole Vic Metro honour, us against them stuff. And he picked a side with hard, tough guys in it.

They've probably got a squad this year that is as much, if not more, appealing from a draft point of view.
