Billythekid - there will be 5,000 + and i won't be suprised if it is the 1st time in the last few seasons that Port fans are outnumbered at home. Its only a short journey from the westgate and as people have stated Footscray fans are hungry for some success. Not having their AFL side playing finals will see them turn up.

16 times premiers
21 times runners up - THE MIGHTY BOROUGH!

I doubt Langford will come back into the side. He's been a great servant of the club for a number of years, but on form, I believe he will one of many hoping to sneak a spot on the interchange. Hogan will get that 23rd spot, Pearson was again good in the DL but Connors and Pinwill will probably be the only two inclusions with a couple of unlucky outs.

Those that came into the side this week performed well so it will be another tough week selection wise.

Port have written "could be close to 10,000" on Facebook. Surely they are joking... Wouldn't wanna line up in the toilets!

Well they have a escape clause in there by saying could - could - could not :) On a serious note I would think somehere between 5 and 10 k for this match. I think we would of had about 2.5 k port supporters last weekend - that will go up to about 3 k this week i would think and footscray will being around 3, 4 k. Biggest crowd of the season expected. EXTRA BOROUGH BURGERS EXTRA BEER AND EXTRA OUZO PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

I had a look at the Werribee/Willy game and it seemed a very modest crowd which got me thinking that of the 7000(approx) at Whitten Oval a fortnight ago 80% would have been Bulldogs supporters.
So I'm predicting we will easily see the biggest finals crowd at North Port Oval since the 2003 Prelim which was listed as 6500. Weather also looking tremendous at this stage!

Inclusions for Port obviously Pinwill and Connors. Hogan and Pearson in a battle for the 23rd man spot.

Indeed! I'm sure the club is getting a couple of porta-loos just to be on the safe side. Are the toilets on the far side of the ground still open and working?

Toilets near the main scoreboard are open. This could be a throwback to the 80s, atmosphere will be amazing.

I reckon a genuine 10,000 would see North Port packed

With the old wooden stand gone and the new facilities taking up a lot of former standing room the ground is nowhere as big as it was when it could easily hold 15,000
