VFL Round 8

Just saw the Blues' senior lineup with barely a single injury on the Carlton senior list.

They'll be fresh no doubt but if the AFL recent history with teams coming off the bye is any indicator, we may be in for a more competitive game than last time!

Go Lions!

Williamstown 15-14(104) def Sandringham 12-8(80)

Williamstown were just too good as Sandy had their 5th straight game on the road.

Finals looking a long shot for Zebras their 3 home games after next week's bye are almost all must wins for the club.

Yep the Sandringham/St Kilda seconds are struggling

The saints people on Big Footy mostly now  call Sandy their seconds/reserves and they are right are whingeing about the game plan for both the seniors and seconds,Looks like neither club will make finals this year.

I could have gone to the Willy game yesterday but couldnt be bothered to watch a league seconds side get beaten I got much more enjoyment out of watching the Hawks get done on the MCG by Gold Coast.Looks like

Looks like I wont go to a Zebras game this season which will be a first for me.
