Byes - Carlton, Casey Demons, Gold Coast, Port Melbourne, Southport
Channel 7 vfl coverage returns this week after a week off and for first time since April 2019 it’s Frankston on the box as they host Box Hill Hawks at 1pm on Saturday.
First VFL televised game at Frankston since May 2018.
The St Kilda seconds should bet a nice thumping down at Geelong on Sunday.
Interesting game - Cats have lost seven in a row. Zebras should go down there confident.

Heading down to SkyBus Stadium shortly.

Robbo when did Frankston last beat box hill. Think today will be the day the dolphins beat box hill. I'll be heading down to kars street.
Sad to see the stand alone ex VFA teams Frankston,Coburg and Williamstown all get a kicking from AFL reserves sides today and Werribee losing as well but it is no surprise as the uneven bastard of a comp is biased massively in the AFL teams favour!
I won't be watching two a afl teams against each in the finals. Let's hope Southport can make use of its double chance.
The six players under 23 for the vfa clubs is a disgrace and gives the vfa clubs little chance. How many players in the metro and country footy would be playing but have decided against. More money locally is another reason. Werribee were looking like a threat a few weeks ago but have dropped matches they should have won. I'll support Southport in the finals with no afl affiliation. They should finish second especially as Brisbane has to play Casey in one of its two final matches. That should give the sharks a very good chance to get to at least the preliminary final. Went to Frankston yesterday where the dolphins did not have a good game. Saying that box hill were pretty good and will be a threat in finals.
Not Frankstons best day but they were reasonably competitive in general play, although there was a big difference in the skill level of the two teams. Its very frustrating to watch them kick short, chip it around and over use handball, resulting in turnovers regularly every week. Fordham and Mynott were both pretty well held and the Dolphs defence was under enormus pressure all day with Box Hills strong marking forward line. Jackson Voss has developed into a very good player and did a good job on Cavarra all day. Box Hill had 8 or 9 players out but still looked very strong.
Port vs Frankston next Sunday should be a ripper.
