St Kilda move to wipe out Sandringham
Body:

It's been reported by Tom Morris from Channel 9 that St Kilda are looking to have the Zebras move to Moorabbin and only wear the St Kilda jumper as their preferred option.

Bloody terrible news if true and both disgraceful and disrespectful of one of the great VFA/VFL clubs.

Go back to standalone Sandy and if be, die on your feet rather than be wiped out by the Saints.

You can only hope that Sandy are sufficiently financial to go it alone

What a disgraceful move by St Kilda, and especially disappointing after the women's program was rebranded with Sandringham's identity for this year.

I hope Sandringham are in a strong enough position to tell them to piss off. These clubs deserve better than being consumed by their AFL affiliates. If St Kilda want their reserves to wear St Kilda jumpers and play at Moorabbin then they should put the work into building their own reserves program.

Sickening news, but not a surprise. Its a wonder its taken St Kilda this long...

Lets hope they can do what Preston has done and get their identity back, but the Sandy admistrtation is not known for its comittment to hard work.

They should be talking to Peter Geddes, Mick O'Neil and Ian Dicker about how Frankston got out of the hole.

Yes haven't heard from Billy in a little while.

I wonder if he has just given up on Sandringham? He hasn't logged on to the site for 8 months.

* It's time to restore the VFA name.

I keep hearing of Sandy people walking away from the club saying they won't be back until St.Kilda are gone. I find this pretty ordinary to be honest. A club with such a proud history is now backed into a corner and are at the mercy of a club with a history of complete ineptitude in management, and you think walking away is going to help? Sandy pretty much sealed their death warrant when they got involved with this basket case of a club, and their only hope now is to find a way to stand alone......which will only happen if their diehards get back involved and start putting their money where their mouth is.

St Kilda are a disgrace. One flag since its inception and that was by a point. Sandringham should go back to being the zebras, playing all games at Sandringham and be stand alone,

Hopefully the Sandy die-hards come back to support the club if it happens. It would be a shame for another VFA club to find itself in a similar hole as Preston.

I think this is very much a do or die moment for Sandringham. If they give in to St Kilda's terms and have all their staff replaced by St Kilda people, they'll never have the people to run it as a standalone club again.
