Box Hill Hawks(2-1 2nd) vs North Ballarat(2-1 5th) at Box Hill 1:10pm(ABC1TV,3WBC)

Last time they met: Rd 13 2009 at Box Hill. Box Hill Hawks 11-16(82) def North Ballarat 10-8(68).
Both teams suffered their 1st losses of the season last week and will be looking to bounce back. This should be a close game but Box Hill to win at home.
My Tip: Box Hill Hawks by 5pts
Williamstown(2-1 3rd) vs Port Melbourne(2-1 8th) at Burbank Oval,Williamstown 2pm

Last time they met: Rd 20 2009 at TEAC Oval. Williamstown 16-12(108) def Port Melbourne 9-12(66).
Both teams had tight games last week with Willy going down to Sandy by a point at home. Port beat the Bullants by 5pts at home. These 2 sides have put on some great games over the years but Willy to win at home this time around.
My Tip: Williamstown by 15pts
Gold Coast(0-2-1 13th) vs Casey Scorpions(2-1 6th) at Cooke-Murphy Oval,Labrador 2pm

1st meeting between these 2 teams
Casey had a great win in Ballarat last week not an easy place to get a win. Gold Coast hang on for a draw at Werribee under lights last week. Gold Coast will get some confidence from the draw but Casey should get the points in this one.
My Tip: Casey Scorpions by 25pts
Northern Bullants(1-2 9th) vs Frankston(1-2 12th) at Visy Park 2pm

Last time they met: Rd 20 2009 at Frankston. Northern Bullants 18-16(124) def Frankston 5-10(40).
Frankston were throughly beaten at Geelong on the weekend while the Bullants lost narrowly to Port with poor conversion on goal being the big difference. The Bullants have a good home record against the Dolphins and no reason why this would not continue in this game.
My Tip: Northern Bullants by 38pts
Werribee Tigers (0-2-1 14th) vs Collingwood(1-2 11th) at Avalon Airport Oval,Werribee 7pm

Last time they met: Rd 10 2009 at Werribee. Werribee 15-15(105) def Collingwood 13-10(88).
Werribee would not happy after such a slow start against the Gold Coast last week although they managed to get a draw out of the match. While Collingwood were smashed by the Bombers at home. Both teams need a win in this game but the Pies to win here in another tight game.
My Tip: Collingwood by 4pts
SUNDAY
Geelong(1-2 7th) vs Bendigo Bombers(2-1 4th) at Skilled Stadium 9:40am

Last time they met:Rd 13 2009 at Windy Hill. Geelong 16-14(110) def Bendigo Bombers 10-15(75).
Geelong got their first win last week smashing the Dolphins at home. Bendigo are in great form at the moment after a 2nd straight win this time over the Pies at Victoria Park. This looks like it will be a great game and if you are going to the AFL match it might well be worth getting there early for.
My Tip: Geelong by 7pts
Sandringham(3-0 1st) vs Coburg Tigers(1-2 10th) at Trevor Barker Oval 2pm

Last time they met: Rd 11 2009 at Coburg. Sandringham 19-12(126) def Coburg Tigers 8-11(59)
The Zebras hang on to win by a point at Willy while Coburg managed to upset Box Hill by a goal last week for their first win. Sandy have been in great form to start the season and at home will be hard to beat.
My Tip: Sandringham by 29pts
