THE odds are stacked against the Bendigo Bank Bombers as they prepare to take on the Victorian Football League’s premier of the past three seasons, North Ballarat, this Saturday on the QEO.
Despite the fierce rivalry between the goldfields cities, North Ballarat has dominated many VFL contests.
The ledger stands at 18-2 the Roosters’ way leading into the round 21 contest.
Bendigo kicked off this season by scoring a 27-point win on the Roosters’ turf at Eureka Stadium in round two.
Since then the Roosters have kicked on for a 12-4 record to be third on the ladder, while the Bombers are seven with a 9-7 record.
