Port melbourne fans made to chose between watching the girls or men... dont think many will take up the suggestion by vfl rafio to try do both.

THE VFLS MOST SUCCESSFUL CLUB - THE MIGHTY PORT MELBOURNE BOROUGH!
I'M PORT MELBURNE BORN, I'M PORT MELBOURNE BRED, I'LL BE PORT UNTIL I'M DEAD!!!
That's rotten fixturing to be honest. If they're playing at separate venues then don't play them on the same day. You're not going to help the women's game grow if you force supporters to choose between them and the men.
Yeah poor fixturing. I can't see how it makes sense. Not just for Port supporters, but also for Doggies fans as well who are also impacted by a scheduling conflict.
* It's time to restore the VFA name.
Looking forward to heading out to Whitten Oval tomorrow
Given the clashes it was a good crowd at Whitten Oval today
western Bulldogs were too clinical but Port Melbourne really fought hard despite not kicking a goal until late in 3rd Quarter
Disappointed that the fixture meant choosing between the two sides.
The Port Girls deserved a decent chance of drawing a crowd, so it's sad to see their season come to an end without the (full) supporter base being there.
