Media all over the Thomas story today tiping that he will be playing in the VFL. Last year posters were guessing that Port or Willi would make a move - with 7 spots left (by my calculations) on Ports list and with Port focusing on big name signings as well as another North Melbourne regular at Port already what are the chances we see him lining up for Port in a few weeks time and in what would be a divisive decision to any club that takes him I wonder how people would feel if he was signed to your club.

Quite a few talented players gone. Most notably from a supporters perspective is Anthony Anastasio. I believe 'Red' did an ACL in one of the first training sessions this year. Dreadfully unlucky and hope that he can make a full recovery for his sake.
The club and supporters will badly miss the livewire running around.
Also Campbell Walker who has been a great clubman for several years now is playing down at Barwon Heads. Sad to also see him not a part of the 2025 campaign.
Lachie Modica also had a rotten run with injuries.
The former bulldogs trio of Billy Gowers, Roarke Smith and Robbie McComb also going in separate directions with Gowers giving American Gridiron punting a go.
Flockhart was about to have a break out season I reckon and he will dominate for Old Brighton.
Not sure Wally, but yes his second ACL (same knee I believe). I think he's lost a touch of his pace in his later years, but just as clever as ever and a very good ball user.

That's the second knee injury that the Red Man has suffered - how old is he now?

If its the same knee then he may struggle to get back but he's been a great player, loved at Willi before he was forced out
