I think this is the first time the clubs have played each other since 2000. When the two clubs played at the MCG. I remember a good contingent of Port Melbourne supporters getting along to the game too.
A few interesting positional changes in the line up announced by the Borough. Perhaps to try and address some key position deficiencies.

Yes, also very much looking forward to a game review. Too bad there was no livestream for this one. St Kilda I suppose have a lot of new players after the split with Sandy and won't yet have gelled as a team. But the big win is something of a positive sign regardless. And the fact that we kicked more goals than behinds by a pretty decent margin is encouraging - last season there were so many missed opportunities that had very little to do with good defence by the opposition.
StationHotel was keen to record/stream the game but St Kilda knocked back the offer (baffling for a free offer). Disappointing.
