Box Hill final sold out in3 minutes
2500 tickets
Unfortunate that they didn't elect to play the game elsewhere. In also surprised that the AFL didn't step in and force them to play at a venue with a larger capacity.
The 3 minute sell-out is something we haven't seen in the VFA/VFL. Even Tasmania Devils haven't seen that kind of sell-out speed..

* It's time to restore the VFA name.
Some experience back into the Geelong side this week. Pretty Melbourne will be tested for height I think.
It's shaping up as a great weekend of footy!
* It's time to restore the VFA name.
17 AFL-listed players each for Essendon and Box Hill, 16 for Geelong. Tough game coming up all right. Makes sense to go in unchanged after the great performances in the elimination final and the semi - in fact this makes for an unchanged side for us 5 games in a row. [Edit: 4 games in a row rather]
Apologies for the double post
Here is an AI generated printable A4 team list for the Port Melbourne game. I kind of miss the record.
Great work doing that Comeng! I'm printing off a couple of copies for the day.
17 AFL listed players is a farce for an aligned club like Box Hill, it makes a mockery when the club is represented by only 6 players on its own list.
